Refresh account state
After a confirmed payment or gift, refresh the page and sign in with the same account used for the transaction.
Check dates
Confirm the recorded access start and end dates. Future grants may not be active yet, while expired grants no longer unlock training.
Contact support
Provide the account email and payment or gift reference. Never send card details or passwords.
