Recorded academy classrooms require the applicable consent before media access is issued.

Consent before entry
When recording is enabled, the current recording-policy consent must be accepted before a participant receives classroom media access.
What is recorded
The shared class can include authorized audio, video, screen share, board events and revealed activities. Private unrevealed answers must not enter the shared recording.
Retention
Recording availability follows the academy retention policy. Access uses protected streaming links.
